adding volunteer manpower

Recognizing the limited "manpower" or additional volunteer support within our St. Vincent de Paul chapter and in order to maintain "quality control" for the plan, another volunteer group was needed. In Baton Rouge, Forum 35 came to the rescue. Forum 35 is a local organization of business professionals that champions philanthropic projects the community. Fill a Prescription for the Needy™ they utilized their cadre of members to collect and replenish prescription bottles in every participating pharmacy. The resource of Forum 35 achieved the following results:

Collections-
Collection Department & Accounting Department. They established a link between the customer's contribution, the collection of pill bottles that contained the contribution, the delivery of the contribution back to the St. Vincent de Paul Offices, the accountability of the contribution and replenishing the prescription bottles.
